La relation de tutorat dans les espaces-test agricoles : une mise à l’épreuve de l’apprendre et du transmettre

Abstract : This contribution aims to understand what characterizes the mentoring relationships that occur between an experimented farmer and a trainee who is planning to become a farmer, in spaces specialized in testing agricultural activities. We mobilize at first the notion of configuration to understand the role of professional, institutional and social environments in structuring and transforming these relationships. We then get zoomed through a case study on the various mentoring interaction in which working, learning and cooperating are sometimes controversial and involve mutual understanding dynamics. We show that crossing the Professional Didactics approach with pragmatic sociology is an appropriate framework for understanding the conditions and place of mentoring dual activity that are: producing and transmitting.
